Dr Sushma Sanwal

Dr. Sushma completed her MBBS at Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi in the year of 1998 and MD (Obstetrics , Gynaecology) at Kasturba Hospital, Delhi in the year of 2006, all colleges are affiliated with University of Delhi. She further pursued her Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery at World Laparoscopy Hospital, Gurgaon under World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons. She holds a masters in MRCOG at Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Dr. Sushma has a total experience of more than 15 years. She worked in LNJP and MAMC Hospital, Delhi as a senior resident for 3 yrs. After her senior residency she worked as consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at various hospitals in India. She has got an experience of working at a multinational private hospital in Oman for 4 yrs. Key Skills: Laparoscopic surgeries - She has independently performed wide range of Laparoscopic procedures like - Ovarian cystectomy, Salpingectomy, Total laparoscopic hysterectomy etc. Obstetrics: She manages Normal and High-risk pregnancies like - GDM, PIH, IUGR, Preterm, PPROM etc. and Obstetric procedure like NVD, Vacuum Delivery, Twin delivery, VBAC and LSCS etc. Gynaecological procedures-Abdominal and Vaginal hysterectomy, Myomectomy etc. She has presented papers and posters at various National CMEs and has attended numerous National and International CME’s.
